What would new dance to klezmer music look like?
I'm convinced that there is a need for performance dance that is as innovative, yet rooted in tradition, as is the best of the contemporary klezmer music scene.
I've been experimenting with approaches to theatrical dance, based on my modern dance background and deep knowledge of traditional Yiddish dance, and art portraying Yiddish dance. Influences include Baruch Aggadati, Nathan Vizonsky, Benjamin Zemach, and my mentor, Felix Febich. This recently culminated in the creation of a full length dance theater work GILGUL- Transformations in summer of 2016 in Weimar Germany.
GILGUL is available for bookings in Europe and elsewhere.

And a more recent Flashmob created for the Yiddish Summer Weimar program
